作品の販売について

会場にてご注文希望作品をスタッフまでお申し付けください。在庫確認後、申込書の記入・作品代金のお支払をお願いしております。

または展示に来ることが困難な方に向けて、リストを送付する形で販売を行います。
リストにて作品購入を希望の場合、ヴァニラ画廊メールフォームから作品リスト送付希望の旨をお知らせください。
また、リストをお送りしていないお客様からのご注文は原則としてお断りいたします。

作品は店頭でも同時に販売しており、一部抽選作品を除いては、作品販売は先着順となりますので、予めご了承ください。リスト送付での対応につきましては、随時、在庫確認を行う形での販売となります。詳しくは資料請求時にご案内いたします。

注意事項

Notes on international shipping of Dominatrix Heaven artworks

Flow of purchase

  • If you would like us to send you a list of artworks, please make a request using the Vanilla Gallery e-mail form. In addition, orders from customers without a list request will not be accepted.
  • After receiving the order via the e-mail form, we will send you an invoice for the artwork if it is in stock.
  • For shipping charges, we will provide you with the rates for your country of residence when we send you the invoice.
  • We will ask you how you would like the artwork to be packaged (rolled up in a sheet or shipped flat) and whether you would like some of the artwork framed or not.
  • Artworks will be shipped approximately two months after the exhibition ends. We will notify you in advance if the shipping date will be earlier or later.

Payment

  • We can only accept PayPal or bank transfer for payment. Other payment methods are not accepted.
  • If you wish to pay by bank transfer, the bank transfer fee must be paid by you.

Shipping method

  • For shipments of artworks of up to 274 cm on the longest side, 400 cm in girth, and $50,000 in price, the package will be shipped using our designated carrier. Please note that no other shipping methods are available.
  • In addition to the above conditions, shipment to China is limited to companies only. The Chinese company registration number is required in advance. The consignee's legally registered name and 18-digit Uniform Social Credit Code (USCI) are required, and must be submitted at the time of purchase. We cannot deliver artworks to individual customers.
  • If the artwork does not fit in the above packaging, the art shipping company will be used to deliver it.
  • Shipping costs and tariffs are to be covered by the customer. All artworks purchased from the same person and the same address during this exhibition will be sent together.

  • Purchased artwork cannot be replaced, changed, or cancelled for any reason.

■ Lottery sales of Dominatrix Heaven artworks

A part of artworks will be sold by lottery.
Lottery application period: From April 29, 2022 (Fri.) 12:00 to May 22, 2022 (Sun.) 17:00 (Japan Standard Time)
Lottery drawing date: May 23, 2022 (Mon.)

Customers wishing to have artworks shipped outside of Japan

  • A list of artworks subject to lottery will be sent to those who have requested via the Vanilla Gallery email form, and the lottery will be accepted via the email form. In addition, orders from customers without a list request will not be accepted.
  • After a strict drawing, only the winners will be notified within three days of the drawing date. Please note that we cannot respond to any inquiries about winning and losing the lottery.
  • If you win the lottery, payment must be made within three days. After the deadline, the winning will be invalidated.
  • For shipping charges, we will provide you with the rates for your country of residence when we send you the invoice.
  • We will ask you how you would like the artwork to be packaged (rolled up in a sheet or shipped flat) and whether you would like some of the artwork framed or not.

  • Please refrain from making duplicate applications. Multiple applications will be invalid.
  • We will not ship to anyone other than the name or address you provided.
  • Once the order has been confirmed, no cancellation (cancellation of sales contract), return, or exchange may be made by the customer for any reason whatsoever.
  • If a product is returned to us without being received by the customer, we will keep the product for three months after the return and, upon request from the customer, will re-deliver the product (delivery costs to be borne by the customer). However, if the customer does not receive the product within the said three-month period, regardless of the reason, the customer will be deemed to have waived ownership of the product at the end of the said period, and the product will be disposed of at our discretion.
  • Purchasing artworks for the purpose of resale is prohibited.
