■Exhibition of Art Works

Vanilla Gallery welcomes you to bring in your art works for the purpose of having an exhibition here. Please e-mail us first to make an appointment for bringing in your works or send us the portfolio if you live in distant areas. Please note that the portfolio will not be returned so make sure you send us the copies. It is not always guaranteed that the exhibition will be held. Please do not bring art works just for feedback; we cannot make any comment whatsoever.

■Leasing Art Works

The art works of Vanilla Gallery artists are available on lease for movies, TV programs, magazines, or other media. A fixed-term lease can also be made to offices, cafes, and restaurants. We can also accept requests for producing certain art works. Please contact us for details and for making specific requests.

■Purchasing Art Works

We will purchase erotic paintings by the well-known artists. Please make sure to e-mail us first to make an appointment before you bring them in. We cannot make a visit to your site.

■Wanted: Volunteer Staff

Vanilla Gallery welcomes those who are willing to work with us to apply for the volunteer staff. Details are provided at the interview. Please make an appointment by phone or e-mail beforehand. For questions and application, use the following mail form.

RENTAL GALLERY

■Application Procedure

Before making an application, please inform us with the written proposal and plans for the event. To apply, fill out the designated application form.

■Gallery Hours

12:00 to 19:00 on weekdays, 12:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays.

■Rental Fee:

240,000 JPN for 1 unit of 6 days (Monday to Saturday): 40,000 JPN a day. Sundays and holidays may be available upon requests with fees to be discussed.

You must pay half the amount as the registration charge at the time of application. The remainder of the rental fee is due by the opening day of the event. The registration fee is not refundable if the cancelation is made due to applicant's convenience. If you cancel within 2 months of the opening day, you must pay the full amount as the cancelation charge.

■Installation and Clean-up

Art works and other equipments are to be installed on Saturday after 6 pm, or 10 am on the opening day. The applicant is responsible for displaying and setting the art works and other equipments. Clean up should take place immediately at 5 pm on the closing day.

The gallery is not responsible for any unforeseen accidents.

■Maintenance and Supervision

The applicant is responsible for maintenance and supervision of all the art works and other equipments.

■Facilities

The applicant must ask for permission before using any facilities in the gallery. The applicant must compensate for any damage or loss incurred by using the facility.

■Sales

During the rental period, a commission of designated percentage is required on sales of art works.

■Flyers/Invitation Cards

Upon request only, the gallery can provide flyers/invitation cards with applicable production charges. Otherwise, the applicant should provide flyers/invitation cards announcing event.

■Archiving

The gallery will make files of art works and archive them in the project room.
