会場にてご注文希望作品をスタッフまでお申し付けください。在庫確認後、申込書の記入・作品代金のお支払をお願いしております。
または展示に来ることが困難な方に向けて、リストを送付する形で販売を行います。
リストは専用の作品リスト専用フォームを準備いたします。(ヴァニラ画廊Xにて発表いたします)専用フォームからお申し込みください。
また、リストをお送りしていないお客様からのご注文はお断りいたします。
作品は店頭で同時に販売しており、原画作品販売(作家によって原画を展示販売いたします)は先着順となりますので、予めご了承ください。リスト送付での対応につきましては、随時、在庫確認を行う形での販売となります。詳しくは資料請求時にご案内いたします。
会場・郵送ともに、生もの・手作りの食品のプレゼントを受け取ることはできません。
また、色紙や単行本などの印刷物へのサインもお預かりすることができません。
ご郵送もお控えください。(返送はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。)
祝花につきましては、大変小さなスペースのため、スタンド花を設置することができません。あらかじめご了承下さい。
If you wish to purchase a work, please inform a member of staff at the venue. After confirming availability, you will be asked to complete an application form and make payment.
For customers who are unable to visit the exhibition in person, we will offer sales via
an
artwork
list.
A dedicated request form for the artwork list will be prepared and announced on Vanilla
Gallery’s
official X (formerly Twitter) account.
Please apply through the designated form.
Please note that we are unable to accept orders from customers who have not received the official artwork list.
All works are also available for purchase at the venue simultaneously.
Original artworks (some artists will exhibit and sell original works) are sold on a
first-come,
first-served basis. Thank you for your understanding.
For purchases via the artwork list, availability will be confirmed at the time of
inquiry.

Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
The following payment methods are accepted at the venue for artwork and merchandise
purchases:
Cash/Credit cards
Please note that IC card payments and QR/mobile code payments are not accepted.
We are unable to accept perishable items or handmade food gifts, whether delivered in
person or by
mail.
We are also unable to accept items such as autograph boards (shikishi) or printed
materials
(including books) for signing.
Please refrain from sending such items by post, as we will not be able to return them.
Due to the limited size of the venue, we regret that we are unable to accommodate
standing
flower
arrangements (large congratulatory flower stands).
