展覧会について

●原画作品の販売について

展示作品の原画販売(Rockin'Jelly Bean 作品)については、抽選販売とさせていただきます。
寺田克也原画につきましては、お問い合わせをお願いいたします。

抽選販売受付は4月 25 日(土)正午～、26 日(日)、27 日(月)19 時まで行い、28 日(火)12 時以降に当選者に順次ご連絡をいたします。
(原画のリストのメールでのお送りは 27 日 15 時までとさせていただきます)

空山基、士郎正宗、Rockin'Jelly Bean、寺田克也のプリント作品につきましては、先着順の販売となります。
会場にてご注文希望作品をスタッフまでお申し付けください。在庫確認後、申込書の記入・作品代金のお支払いをお願いしております。

●または展示に来ることが困難な方に向けて、リストを送付する形で販売を行います。

原画作品及び、プリント作品リストは専用の作品リスト専用フォームを準備いたします。
(ヴァニラ画廊Xにて発表いたします)専用フォームからお申し込みください。
原画リストにつきましては、25 日正午～27 日 15 時までお送りいたします。

また、リストをお送りしていないお客様からのご注文はお断りいたします。
作品は店頭で同時に販売しており、販売は先着順となりますので、予めご了承ください。
プリント作品リスト送付での対応につきましては、随時、在庫確認を行う形での販売となります。詳しくは資料請求時にご案内いたします。

●会場内は撮影禁止です。

●会場での作品及びグッズ販売について、下記支払方法がご利用いただけます。

(IC カード決済やコード決済はご利用いただけません)

贈り物(プレゼント)についてのお願い

会場・郵送ともに、生もの・手作りの食品のプレゼントを受け取ることはできません。
また、色紙や単行本などの印刷物へのサインもお預かりすることができません。
ご郵送もお控えください。(返送はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。)

祝花につきましては、大変小さなスペースのため、スタンド花を設置することができません。あらかじめご了承下さい。

Regarding the Sale of Original Artwork

Original works exhibited (Rockin'Jelly Bean pieces) will be sold via a lottery system.

For original works by Katsuya Terada, please contact us directly for inquiries.

The lottery application period will be open from 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 25, through Sunday, April 26, until 7:00 PM on Monday, April 27.

Winners will be contacted sequentially after 12:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28.

(Please note: requests for the original artwork list via email will be accepted until 3:00 PM on April 27.)

Print works by Hajime Sorayama, Masamune Shirow, Rockin'Jelly Bean, and Katsuya Terada will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you wish to purchase, please inform our staff at the venue. After confirming availability, you will be asked to complete an order form and make payment.

● For Customers Unable to Visit the Exhibition

For those who cannot attend in person, we will offer sales via a request-based system using a digital artwork list.

A dedicated request form for both original and print works will be made available (to be announced on Vanilla Gallery’s X account).

Please apply through this form.

The original artwork list will be distributed from 12:00 PM on April 25 to 3:00 PM on April 27.

Please note that we will not accept orders from customers who have not received the artwork list.

As works are also sold simultaneously at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis, availability is not guaranteed.

For print works requested via the list, orders will be processed while confirming stock availability.

Further details will be provided upon request for the materials.

● Additional Information

  • Photography inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
  • The following payment methods are accepted at the venue:
    • ・Cash
    • ・Credit cards

    (IC card payments and QR/code-based payments are not accepted.)

Regarding Gifts

We are unable to accept perishable items or handmade food gifts, whether delivered in person or by mail.

We are also unable to accept items such as autograph boards (shikishi) or printed materials (including books) for signing.

Please refrain from sending such items by post, as we will not be able to return them.

Floral Arrangements

Due to the limited size of the venue, we regret that we are unable to accommodate standing flower arrangements (large congratulatory flower stands).
